Patricia Gardner - Secretary

Patricia Gardner has been a resident of Windsor for 42 years. She received an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Manchester Community College, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University, and a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Central Connecticut State University. She began her professional career working in the Personnel Office at the Town of Windsor as an Administrative Assistant. After 9 years with the Town, she worked for 9 years as an Undergraduate admissions Counselor at Central Connecticut State University. She currently works in Graduate Studies at CCSU and holds the position of Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions. She has been a member of the Windsor Freedom Trail Committee since 1996 and has participated in numerous other community activities. Ms. Gardner is a long standing member of the Archer Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, where she serves as the Community Relations Liaison and Chair of the Community Relations Ministry. Most recently, Ms. Gardner became a board member of the newly formed Windsor Education Foundation and serves as Secretary for this Board.
