Committee Meeting March 20, 2008 Agenda
Dear Dogs of Windsor Committee members,
Our next meeting is scheduled for this Thursday, March 20th at 6:30 pm and will be held at the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, 261 Broad Street in Windsor.
In an effort to maximize our productivity I am sending
you the Agenda now. We will be considering the following:
1) How many different styles (breeds) of dogs should
we allow the sponsors to choose from?
2) Select the specific breeds per #1 above
3) Establish target revenue/budget
4) Determine target number of animals/sponsors needed
to meet target revenue
Prior to our meeting please make an effort to take a
look at this updated table of information about similar
fundraisers. We can use the information to make some
decisions about our fundraiser. Click the link below to

We will also be looking for someone, or a group of
someones, to assume responsibility for preparing a
draft sponsorship form (again thanks to Sue V. we have
many sample forms to work from). The same goes for
artist application/submission forms. We will ask for
volunteer(s) to take on drafting a proposed artist
form for our use.
