Committee Meeting - Thursday, April 17 at 6:30 pm
The next WEF Dog Fundraiser meeting will be Thursday, April 17th at 6:30 pm at The Vassallo's residence at 478 Rainbow Rd. We can chip in for dinner again if everyone's hungry.
Goals:
- choose one or more forms/sizes
- review sponsorship form - decide on pricing
- decide to purchase one form for our use (parade,etc)
Tasks due from March meeting:
- Sue and Rich to work on Sponsor forms and pricing
- Jane to discuss possible partnership with WinTV and will look into the artist in Vermont who specializes in Labs
- Paula will get pricing on custom forms and see if Golden Retriever is available yet
Tasks due from Feb meeting:
- Clark will make a copy of the sponsor packages he received from previous events for the committee's use
