Committee Meeting - Thursday, May 15 at 6:30 pm
The next WEF Dog Fundraiser meeting will be Thursday, May 15th at 6:30 pm at The Vassallo's residence at 478 Rainbow Rd. We can chip in for pizza again. Bring those who have agreed to be on subcommittees.
Goals:
- Finalize sponsorship pricing
- Okay the ordering of a buddy form
- Choose a name for the event
- Review sponsorship and artist forms
- Review WinTV agreement
Tasks due from March meeting:
1. Sue will work on Artist forms
2. Rich will work on finalizing the sponsor forms
3. Paula will call Cowpainters for more info on the custom Husky form and Jodi about helping on the marketing subcommittee and will add info to the WEF website.
4. Jane will call Ina, Four Seasons, and Lisa Souza about being on subcommittees and will check on insurance. And will contact the Lab guy in Vermont
5. Maryann will brainstorm on a name for the event and will get copies of other programs' mission statements
6. Florence will draft an agreement for WinTV's participation
7. Martin will compare sponsorship prices of granby and east granby programs with the form costs
