Minutes of February Meeting
Tasks:
1. Clark will make a copy of the sponsor packages he received from previous events
2. Martin will get the price list and tips booklet (see download below)
3. Florence will contact Christine Ermence and Pat Fahey for ideas on the dog design for the 375th parade
Draft timeline:
* Display on the green May - August 2009
* Display at sponsor locations Sept - Oct 2009
* Hunt Sept - Oct (with one or two on the green during Chili Challenge 2009
* Auction - end of October 2009
