- Adoption party - when sponsors and artists receive their forms - Project Review party - where the designed and painted forms are unveiled to the public before installation - Auction Preview Party - where bidders will get a chance to see all the forms for the last time before the auction - Thank You Party - sponsors, artists, volunteers, etc are thanked for the successful event
